Lieutenant Colonel John 鈥淛ay鈥 Patrich is a National Security Research Fellow at GNSI. He鈥檚 served as an Air Force pilot for 19 years in both Air Force Special Operations Command and Air Mobility Command, flying the MQ-9 and C-130J, respectively. His research focus includes drones and irregular warfare.
