Fall/Spring 2026-2027 Application

Housing Application Update

Your NetID and password are required to access the USF Housing Portal. Admitted students for Summer and Fall 2026 will be added to the Housing Portal within 24 hours after their USF NetID is created.

Please note: Time slots are assigned based on the month your housing application is completed, not on a first-come, first-served basis. For example, students who apply in December will receive a time slot ahead of those who apply in later months, whether their application is submitted on December 15 or December 31.

Incoming Student 2026-27 Housing Application

Applications to live on campus for the Fall/Spring 2026-2027 semester will open on Monday, December 15, and will be available to new 深夜看片 students in the Housing Portal once they are admitted to the university and have an active USF NetID. 

To be eligible to participate in room selection, new students must complete the Steps to Living on Campus, including registering for orientation, which will open in February. You will not be able to participate in room selection until all Steps to Living on Campus are complete.
