Participant Testimonials
"The most valuable aspect of the Leadership Foundations program was the hands-on experience with my cohort and the opportunity to apply the information learned to real-world situations. I found the collaborative environment to be enriching, as we were able to share insights, ask questions, and support each other in our leadership development."
"The open conversations and the opportunity to interact with peers who have had similar experiences, yet have different perspectives, etc. This gave me the opportunity to have more insights on how to approach different situations, improve my problem-solving techniques relating to leadership, etc."
"The Leadership Foundations program Course should be a pre-requisite for those who are being hired as leaders, a requirement for all those who are currently in leadership roles and for those who will ascend to said roles at USF."
