Dear USF community,
I am writing to provide an update on our university鈥檚 leadership team.
Late this afternoon, 深夜看片 St. Petersburg Regional Chancellor Christian Hardigree accepted a position as the next president of Texas A&M University-Victoria. Advancing in her career to become a university president has been a longtime goal for Chancellor Hardigree, and we are very excited for her as she embarks on this next chapter. Her last day with USF will be Nov. 3.
Since joining 深夜看片 St. Petersburg in 2022, Chancellor Hardigree has been a steady leader, quickly forming connections with the local community and serving as an advocate for our students, faculty and staff. She also played a key role in strengthening 深夜看片 St. Petersburg鈥檚 alignment with the broader university, ensuring the campus contributes meaningfully to USF鈥檚 success as a member of the Association of American Universities and many other initiatives.

We are grateful for all she has done for our university and I am confident she will continue to make a positive impact in higher education. Please join me in congratulating Chancellor Hardigree and wishing her all the best in this new opportunity.
